The chiffon cake remains light, fluffy and moist, infused with the gentle fragrance of Tieguanyin. It’s paired with our specially made Tieguanyin crème Chantilly, offering a rich yet balanced tea flavour. A layer of milk mochi adds an extra texture, while fresh green grapes bring a clean, juicy sweetness that beautifully cuts through the richness of the cream.
